SHIPPING INFO: All orders will be processed same day or next day. You will receive a confirmation email when order is placed and a tracking number once your order ships. We ship using UPS or FedEx ground. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
REFUND POLICY: All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, you may exchange the damaged item for a product of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. You must contact us by email at info@getroastedcoffee.net within 48 hrs. of your order being delivered. Please include your order number and images of the defective/damaged items to begin the exchange process. All exchanges are reviewed and provided at our discretion.
